The index addresses the critical interface between your company’s business strategy and the capability to pick the right talent in the “game breaker” positions to execute it successfully.
The Index derives from extensive research into how the player development systems of championship sports teams identify, evaluate and develop this “game breaker” talent.
The Index is designed to predict the risk of having a business strategy fail, on the basis of one or more of the following scenarios:
